Changes and Returns of Products

The product is in its original condition with its tags.
The product is not soiled or damaged.
You send us the product to be returned exclusively by the courier you received it (GENERAL POST) and put the recipient’s charge on the form.

Contact our online store on phone 23210 27494 if the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction to be able to return it, as long as the above conditions are met. Changes to be made must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The customer undertakes the return costs of €5.00, returning the product in its original condition. After we have thoroughly examined the product and found that the return conditions set out above have been met, we will arrange with you to send you another product or refund the value of the product. Any shipping and/or cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. In case the product you are changing is more expensive then you will be charged a cash on delivery cost of €2.50. In case you want a refund, you will need to inform us about the bank, the IVAN and the beneficiary of the account where the deposit will be made.
